U-Pick Mesilla Valley Apples is finished for 2025, related to fewer and fewer apples.   Our last day is Sept 20, 2025.

The season will run as long as the apples hold out, which could be into early or mid-October (but it's hard to say).  

There's no need to make an appointment, and there is no entry fee.  Come dressed for mosquitoes!  

 Varieties:  Fresh farm fruit , all:  (sweet ) Red Delicious; Jonathon, Fuji, some small Golden Delicious.  

Do you spray?  Yes, with Intrepid, Altacor, and  Delegate.  We don't spray any organophosphates.  

Prices:  We sell by volume instead of by the pound, and provide bags for you to pick into, though you can bring your own to support your load.  

1/4 peck - $7; 1/2 peck - $10; 

1 peck - $16 2 pecks - $30

1 bushel - $50 

Picked apples?  Do you need apples to be already picked? Stop by during regular hours, and see if we can help you with that.  (It's possible someone can just run out and pick some depending on the crowd).  

Payment is fastest with cash, but we also accept card, Cash App, checks for large groups (made out to "U-Pick Mesilla Valley Apples").  

Pets?  Friendly pets are welcome and whoever brings them assumes responsibility for any unforseen mishaps.  We do have a dog on site who is mostly friendly.  

Pies? Yes! Over Labor Day Weekend, at least, we have Apple Pie cookies (so delicious!), and freshly made apple pies (with a lard crust), courtesy of "Tough Cookie Company".  

Location:  2330 Shalem Colony Trail, Las Cruces, NM 88007.  Look for a table west of the house (on the Picacho Peak side), under the mulberry tree to pay, spray, and pick up bags.
